Terms of Use

  1. The service is for family communication and safety, not covert surveillance, an emergency service, or a guarantee of safety. Use it lawfully and tell members when location is shared.
  2. The family owner is responsible for adult invitations, linking a child device, consent, and the parent PIN. Accessing another family, bypassing permissions, and hiding the app are prohibited.
  3. “Listen around” is allowed only openly, with an indicator and notification; audio is not recorded. Do not use the loud signal or control features to cause unlawful harm.
  4. The user is responsible for accurate information, device permissions, and account access. Location may be inaccurate or unavailable.
